I did it ! I finally got back into the FTP. I also loaded a new comic. Yes, all this fucking time and only one comic. What can I say ? I pretty much gave up hope, thats number 1, and number 2, I'm low on good ideas, I can only run the "dumb customers" joke into the ground so many times.

Damn hell ass crap

I still can't get into my ftp, and it's really bothering me, I doubt many of you care, but yeah, as bad as they are, I likes my comics.

Ok, so, since I can't upload comics, I'll just give a short review of stuff :

Kill Bill - the new Quentin Tarantino flick. I hated it. I went there with hopes of a thrillride of katana swinging goodness. Much disappointed I was. For starters, the plot, ok, not bad, but it was delivered badly. It start's with Uma Thurman's character killing (Vanessa Williams ? I dunno), that right there is the best action scene in the movie, anyways, then she goes and crosses off a number 2 on her little list of people to kill. Now, the movie is nothing but a big assed flashback of her coming out of a coma, the origin of number 1 on her happy funtime list and her killing soon after. anyways, yeah, lots of stupid irrelevant plot points, such as her acquiring the katana, and then finding Ishii (number 1 on the list), killing her lackeys in an obviously choreographed fashion. Now comes the big moment, Uma Thurman vs. Lucy Liu, since this is a flashback, we already know who's gonna win, but, Lucy did give me an amusing one line "Silly caucasian girl likes to play with samurai swords." That was the second high point of the movie. The ending was horrible, and is very wide open for not only a sequel (which, yes, I knew there was gonna be a sequel anyways, but they could have been more sublte about it), but a shitty plot twist in one of the sequels. I really didn't like it, and I think alot of hype is just because it's a Tarantino film. I really wanted to like it too.

Well fuck

I have no clue why it won't let me into the ftp, I've got last sunday's comic, plus this weekends comics made, but everytime I try to get into the FTP to load them, Explorer crashes. *grumbles and complains*

Ok, I lied

I fixed the size issue somewhat, but, the text is now blurry because I really don't feel like re-doing the text, the only reason I fixed the size somewhat was because I realized I spelled "Persistence" wrong, so, I had to change that at least.

I'm running out of stupid titles here and I haven't even posted that often. So sad *dramatic sigh*

so, Ive managed to keep myself to the schedule, I dont have a consistent time on the clock, and I never will, it's hard enough making myself pull off the right days of the week, and it takes a far greater person than I to do this well.

so, I turned 18 yesterday. yay for me. please, hold the applause.

Today's comic is way bigger than I imagined, which is because I'm a lazy, tired sack of crap who forgot to care that I was making it in 37% zoom, so, you get extra bigness.

Yup, the comic is updated, that is to say, it's in the FTP and just waiting to wreak it's own adorable little brand of havoc onto the world.

If you pay attention to anything other than the links and the new comics, you'll notice that on the titlebar of the main page, it no longer says "Now Laugh Dammit.", a phrase I was quite fond of, it now says "Updated Saturday and Sunday."

Now, before anarchy sets in and everyone goes apeshit, let me explain

"But Steve ! You never update you lazy bitch !"

True, but, I really do wanna make comics on a regular basis, and saturday and sunday seemed perfect, two comics a week, plenty of time to do them, especially since it's a sprite comic, so I dont need to worry about pesky things like drawing. Just some copying and some pasting, and voila. Anyways, enjoy the new comics.

Alrighty, got a special weekend treat. By special treat, I mean I actually made a damned comic.

Two actually, the first one SHOULD be available on saturday, assuming the FTP isn't a little bitch about it. The next one will be on sunday, once again, pending the lack of FTP bitchiness.

New comic

Heh heh heh, I have no idea who that guy is, I was checking my email and poof, there it is waiting for me =P

On a similar note, I seriously think an Ask Steve would be fun, so, e-mail me, it doesn't even have to be a question, it can be the most offensive, angry, upsetting e-mail ever, just as long as it's an e-mail. I'll reply to everyone I get, I promise, and, a few lucky ones, if they're really good will be made into a comic, so c'mon, you know you wanna.

ooh, 2 new comics, yay fuckin hoo. The first one is a general run of the mill crap creation care of moi, ooh, but the second...I was gonna say was a goodie, but on second thought, it rather unspeakable torture for some as of yet unknown reason. Perhaps I just instinctively know when you've been bad and set out to punish you in my own special way, I dunno.

But anyways, yes, the second comic (a.k.a July 1st's comic, since Im too damn lazy to link to it) is actually something I tried to draw on my own. I really would like to be able to have Oddities DRAWN, any idiot can tell you that the stuff you can do with a sprite is limited when it comes to comics. Sadly, I can't draw because I suck, Jessica won't draw, I have no idea why, but I gave up beating that dead horse, and in all honesty, even if I could find an artist, I'm too lazy to make a decent script, hell, any script half the time.

Honestly, I did better on this sketch than I had anticipated, keep in mind I have no artistic talent whatsoever, I don't know the first thing about drawing, and I will readily admit that. I have sucky depth perception, nonexistant shading skills, just flat out no talent, but, I said fuck it and tried anyways.

One last tidbit : the two people in the sketch aren't really based off of anyone, yeah, I've been yelling "I am Batman !" alot for no reason, but, I definitely didn't have myself in mind when I drew that, those are just two nameless random people that are there...doing stuff...perhaps packing, damned if I know.

An unexpected burst of productivity

Because I know you're all just gripping the edge of your seats in anticipation of the next comic.

As you may or may not have noticed, I closed down the store, I doubt that breaks anybody's heart, but yeah, found out from Jessica that CafePress is looking for new and creative ways to bilk people out of money and ideas. Despite the fact that I had nothing to worry about, I took it down just to be safe, in case they implemented any new rules. So yeah, store go bye bye, and no one cares.

I've been trying to draw, and I mean DRAW draw, like with a pencil on paper, not just me stealing sprites. So far, I have one lovely scribble, and a stick figure, and a few crappy renditions of the Master Sword. So yeah, expect to see sprites for quite awhile, because there's no way in hell I'll be able to draw =P

I am one lazyass sone of a lazyass.

To dispel some myths that I'm sure are floating around, no, I'm not dead, nor have I moved to Sweden to pursue a career in porn (tempting....but no), I am simply just trapped in a paradox. I am in fact, VERY fucking lazy, but, work has been forced upon me. I graduated high school last friday, plus my dayjob, plus Xenosaga (hey, it takes alot of effort to pull off 12 hours straight in a row), and of course sleep.

I really do apologize for the severe lack of updates, I doubt anyone is heartbroken by the lack of comics, assuming anyone even reads my comic (email me if you do, Id like to know if anyone does read this)

But, I still feel bad that I never crack out anything good.

Speaking of good, I redid the links page, check it out, very awesome stuff there. Also, I made a new comic, finally, not quite as good, but hell, I knew I was never gonna be good at this stuff, it's just a hobby. Anyways, that's all, cya.

Yes, I am one lazy sone of a bitch

Yes, so very very fucking lazy I am. I haven't really been too swamped in real life per se, Ive just been really lethargic, plus I've been trying to pull up a failing Statistics grade so I can do this silly little graduating thing everyone is talking about. It seems to be all the rage. Anyways, I added a new link to Life of Riley, a very fucking awesome webcomic, and I mean very fucking awesome, give it a read.

Anyways, as for today's comic, Damien is a real person, he is also an idiot, just like the title says, and anyone who knows him will quickly confirm that.

Anyways, while Kelly finishes her little miniseries, I will continue to sit here and think about doing something productive. I want to work on the links page and make a navigation bar of some sort for easier archive viewing, just not today.

Hi, I'm Kells. ^_^

Hallo there, I'm Kelly, the current guest artist. I had an inspired idea for this mini-series, and to explain...Steve is one of my very close friends. Quigs is an upperclassman (I'm a sophomore x.o; ) that I'm head over heels for. In case you couldn't tell. ^_^ Anyway, I hope you enjoy me getting the shit kicked out of me.....wait that's not how it ends.....OR IS IT?! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Enjoy! ^_^

New comic up, though Im sure you noticed. Like it says in the last frame, it was a true story, hell, it happened yesterday, thats why I remember it so clearly. >___<

Have I mentioned that I hate my job ? =P

Sorry about the uneven frames and general crappy overlook, it was 3 am and I was tired when I made it, yeah, crappy excuse.

I took my old comp to a shop to get fixed, so, that will be cool cause I'll have my precious photoshop back, yay for me *and there was much celebrating*

Holy Crap ! Two in a row !!

Yup, there's a new comic in the ftp, it should be up sometime tomorrow depending on Keenspace.

I also made some minor tweaks to the index page, nothing very noticeable.

Yay for pie

Don't ask. Its 2:19 am and Im tired =P

Anyways, I put a new comic into the ftp, given the speed it's uploaded my past few comics, the new one will probably be viewable next tuesday.

I also added a new link, you should really check out the links page. I don't benefit in any way, but, the sites I have in there are rather cool, then again, most of them already have a well established fanbase and don't really need my crappyass comic advertising them, but screw it, I'll do it anyways =P

I'm STILL working on finding a copy of Photoshop, im getting damn tired of PhotoImpression, it's making all the text blurry as hell in the comics, as I'm sure you've noticed. No wonder these editor programs are so damn expensive, you realize how much you love it when you lose it.

Speaking of which, my demo for DreamWeaver MX ran out, I liked it, and it was a fun filled 30 days (well, longer cause the trial expired awhile ago), but, now I'm back to designing by hand, oh well, I can use the practice, it's mostly just links anymore anyways.

About the comic : Yes, it is based on a true story. People have complained that the "link" on that certain comic didn't work, or that they clicked on it, but nothing happened. That really scares me. I was using a photo editor worse than PhotoImpression, made a horrible rendition of a popup ad (cmon, like i need to mention that the "ad" looks like crap), and just because the text is underlines and blue, people clicked on it. Oy...I need some coffee.

Ok, so I didnt update last weekend like I promised. It isnt so much that I lied to you, put it off and forgot about it as it is that I got sick, very sick. I'll spare you the details.

Anyways, now a new comic is up, as it says, it was inspired by my friend Holly, who is a Dragonball Z-holic, and also lusts after Gohan...frequently.

I'm still stuck without a good photo editor, so, comics are going to suck more than usual until I can get a good photo editor *cries* I miss my Adobe

YES ! I am lazy and I procrastinate
